Boston Massachusetts (Beantown) is one of the oldest cities in the U.S. Bostonians are rich with culture and a language of their own from “Dunkies” to “Banging a U-Ey” (driving slang). It’s also a city of firsts: first public school, first subway system, and this weekend the first Boston debut of the P5! One thing is for sure, their enthusiasm is unmatched (hey…yours would be too if you knew your team always had a shot at the Super Bowl)! Here’s a closer look at some folks with superior driving skills who can’t wait to motor their Elio through a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru:
Bob, Marie, John and Steve all grew up together in Boston. Bob and John are reservation holders and John says “ Marie and Steve will be too because they’re smart like us!”
We were happy to show them around the Elio, and relieved that Bob didn’t drive.
Mike, from Westbrook Maine, thought the idea of a “commuter car” just makes sense when so many people drive alone in huge vehicles.
Jeremy #6005 from Hope Valley, Rhode Island. “The thing I love the most is it’s made in the USA.”
Eric and Starr are dual reservation holders. He was looking for a concert online and saw an Elio ad pop-up. He’s been hooked ever since.
We’re guessing the ultra-high mileage is music to his ears (bah-dum-dum….).
We’d like to extend a warm “Thank You” to all the folks who came out to see us. Next stop: Connecticut!
