Stay in the Loop…

There’s no denying that we live in a digital age. From text message, internet calling, and social media, never in human history has it been easier to communicate and stay informed. With a project of our size and scope, we utilize many different forms of communication (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to keep our supporters and reservation holders abreast of the latest information. The main channel of communication we use is email. As we get closer to the start of production, our primary means of keeping reservation holders informed will be through email. Recently, we have made substantial upgrades to our email process.

Effective today, we will be utilizing a dedicated IP address to send emails to both supporters and reservation holders. Previously, many of our emails were not reaching fans.

If you haven’t received an email from Elio Motors recently and want to keep in the loop, we have a few tips.

The easiest fix is to search your inbox and find an email from Elio Motors (sent from [email protected]). From there, scroll down to the bottom of the email and click “Email Preferences.” Then, you will be able to select the different types of emails you’d like to receive: Promotional, Information, and Vehicle. Once you’ve made your selections, update your preferences and you will be up to date on everything Elio. Reservation holders should make sure to click on the Vehicle option, as these emails are reservation specific and will be used to communicate the ordering process and other imperative communications.

If the above solution does not work, a spam filter is likely prohibiting our emails from being delivered. Below are instructions on how to add Elio Motors as a “safe sender.”
